Hello, My name is Richard but I go by Nick​.

 

I have a calm and collected personality that makes me excel in high-stress environments. I have strengths in talent development, operations, and enterprise wide project execution. In my current role, I lead a frontline team taking care of patients and customers daily. I operate call centers designed to assist patients with everything from estimates, prior authorizations, registration, and scheduling. I mentor teams to be high performing and complete exceptional work. I work with senior leaders from across the organization to bring our mission to life. Collaboration and teamwork are the keys to success. I excel at P/L management, budget development, change management, and organization.

 

My philosophy of leadership is that true authority isn't about wielding power, but about taking on the profound responsibility of supporting, protecting, and empowering your team.
